We are so excited that you are considering a custom S&P blanket.  Please have a look at a few commonly asked questions to help you in your decision making process!

Q: What type of print is on the blanket?

A: Sublimation is the process used to print our products. Therefore the print will never peel or flake off and will keep its vibrant colours after many washes. It's embedded in the fibres of the garment to have no raised ink feeling. It's a water based ink so it safe for new baby skin. 

Q: What is the return policy?

A: We want you to be over-the-moon about your purchase but if for some reason you are not satisfied please contact us.  However due to the custom nature of these products we cannot issue refunds. 

Q: How long is production time?

A:  We endeavour to deliver a product that you will be very happy with.  Therefore, please allow 2 weeks for production, at which point your product will ship and you will be notified.

Q:  How do I wash the blanket?

A:  Wash in cold water, and tumble dry.  Do not use bleach or dryer sheets when washing.

Q:  Will I get a proof before my blanket goes into production?

A:  Proofs are available upon request.  Typically a proof increases production time by 3- 5 business days.  If you would like a proof, please request it in the comments box at checkout. Please note you will receive 1 complementary edit with your proof. Additional edits may be subject to a charge.
